The items were as ordered but the lack of delivery tracking information was non existent also the lead time was quite long. This is not acceptable when the delivery charge is £25.00.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong battery by mistake.
Upon receipt of the wrong item, I contacted Tayna by phone and they confirmed that they had the correct battery in stock which they immediately dispatched (arrived the next day). They also offered a door collection of the incorrect battery (cost of around £8 to myself) and upon receipt, credited me a full original refund for the wrong item.

Visited another retailer before ending up in dfs. Took a look around before deciding on the products we wanted to purchase. Discussed the initial product with Abbie and agreed on a colour and product. We then discussed other potential purchases which were not identified in our online search. Abbie soon came up with the solution and product. My partner and I was amazed by Abbie's product knowledge, customer service and politeness. This resulted in great customer experience and a well designed solution.

Checked and ordered 2 Michelin motorcycle tyres.
Prices were very competitive and even sweeter once the 15% additional discount for 2 Michelin tyres were applied.
I purchesed them online at 16.00 and they were delivered the next morning before 10.00
Excellent availability, price and delivery.
Only negative was the lack of supply and fit option.

Failed to supply and deliver all items which prevented us build our ottoman divan.
Therefore Hybrid mattress not opened due to incomplete base.
Staff available to take orders but not to answer complaints / concerns from customers within an acceptable timeline.
Based on this I cannot recommend this company and product.

Ordered a mattress on the Friday and was delivered on the Monday.
Very competitive price, great availability and excellent delivery experience.
2 man team delivered the super king mattress to the bedroom and took the old one away for disposal (extra cost but competitive with local authority disposal)

The online process of ordering the PodPoint was followed up by emails requesting details of the car order and electrical layout of my property. This was promptly dealt with and the installation date agreed with the contractor.
The 2 lads from EV Wales were great and the installation process was great.
Now the downside. My initial order did not include a request for a lock. My efforts to order one was impossible. Podpoint did not reply to my email and neither did they reply to my request for contact via their website - this is very poor service and unacceptable in todays world.
However, the day was saved by the installers who managed to supply and fit the locking device at a reasonable cost - Thanks EV Wales.

Stratstone Land Rover Swansea - The very high turn over of Service reception staff is diluting the customer service. The lack of staff numbers is also becoming a problem. The curtesy car was filthy and faulty and was a poor reflection on the Land Rover brand. We also have an Audi and find the local Swansea franchise exceptional - Stratstones need to take a leaf out of their book.

Took out a 4 year gap insurance policy 2.5 years ago. Decided to change my vehicle, contacted ALA and obtained a credit against the old policy to buy a replacement - Well done and thanks for the great customer service.
