Ordered two mugs and one thought only one delivered but a quick response from Abode I managed to retrieve the missing item. Good customer service and good items as described. Would definately order from tgem again and unusual mugs which will be perfect as a friendly joke for friends.

Delivered on time and took away my old machine and packaging (at a reasonable charge) I had an early morning delivery and they texted what time they were going to arrive so I had plenty of time to plan my day. I did not appreciate the telephone call trying to sell me the warranty.
Unlike others I have received a very poor experience it’s now been 6 months since I have flight right power of attorney over my case and no communication and the website does not give you the option to contact. Even my request via twitter has been ignored very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you haven't been receiving our updates.
We have sent you several email updates since you opened your case with us. The last update we sent you was in November when we transferred your case to your contract lawyers. In this email, we informed you that once our lawyers begin working on the case, it can take a further 6 months to 12 months to resolve. During this period, we will contact you only if there are any significant developments.
Unfortunately, lawyers enforcing compensation claims on behalf of air passengers were already confronted with long waiting times following the Brexit vote. Now there are additional delays due to the outbreak of COVID19 which has put many airlines in a precarious situation. This means it is likely to be some time before we can provide you with an update. We strongly believe, however, that your case has a good chance of success and you can rest assured that we are just as eager to secure a successful outcome as you are. We work on a "no win - no fee" basis, so this is the only way we can receive payment for the work that we and our lawyers have invested in the claim thus far.
Finally, we would like to apologise that you did not receive a response via Twitter. What a shame staff in the Sutton Coldfield are very helpful but their efforts can’t make up for such a terrible venue uncomfortable seats dilapidated building with holes in the ceiling. This cinema is literally around the corner and I would dearly love too visit weekly but it’s terrible and have to go elsewhere - so disappointing!
Having previously (some 20 years ago) worked for a Building Society and processed and approved mortgages I was highly impressed with the service provided and the speed in which my mortgage offer was produced. A great service from Daniel and Mary who explained the process and ensured I had the right information available and I have no doubt this helped produce a mortgage offer in record time (3 weeks). I am so unbelievably impressed!

Easy to set up and storage space was good and I never had a problem accessing unit or feeling that my items were not safely stored. At the end of the contract I gave the required months notice went out of my way over the Christmas period to empty my unit early and visited the site on a separate day to confirm that it was empty and removed the lock. It was therefore disappointing when they debited another month's rental the following month, did not refund when requested and promised and I had to resort to using the Direct Debit Guarantee with my bank to get my money back. Still over 3 weeks later I have not received a final statement. Overall a great facility and I am so disappointed it ended on a sour note.
Efficient drop off and collection of my car with a swift transfer to and from the airport my only criticism was that my drivers mat was muddy on return but overall good value service.
