Only 4 stars because it took longer than it should have done. Otherwise good job done at the time that I was booked it for.
1. Difficult for the fitter to find the tyres - you need a better system.
2. Waited 20 mins for the paperwork to be ready to pay the bill.

We have had a small installation for background heat in the kitchen for nearly 15 years, having originally seen the product on Dragon's Den. We have just experienced a small leak from a thermostatic valve, and I am delighted to know that DiscreteHeat have agreed to replace the valve even though it is well passed its 10 year warranty. Exemplary service! I had forgotten how to remove the plate covering the TRV and couldn't find the original instructions, but the website is very easy to use to find the installation manual and the two hidden screws.

I wasn't interested in the fabric designing side - just wanted to edit a single photo using AI. This site offered a free trial, so I allowed it to access my PayPal account for a zero fee. I was able to use the AI edit facility to perform the operation I needed. I was a bit surprised about using 'Coins', and it transpired that I had somehow ordered a year's subscription for £56.40, which I didn't need. The 'Help' facility quickly sorted the problem and refunded the money. I don't agree with the reviews calling this a scam, as the matter was quickly resolved, but perhaps the website should be more clear on how a subscription is triggered.

HackRF SDR unit well packaged and arrived from China in 11 days - excellent service. Works well, and I was easily able to update it to the latest firmware from my Macbook.

Nice little unit, good support on github. Had a few problems with my own charging only USBC cable, but eventually connected to the Arduino app. Good communication with Lilygo and realised that a couple of signals needed setting that were not in the default library. Then able to run the examples. Definitely recommend.

Had a good purchasing experience at Richer Sounds today. Levi listened to the discussion between myself and wife (55", no... 50" max!). He was happy to answer all questions knowledgeably. We feel we made the right choice.

OVO are good a trying to keep the customer informed, but stymied by Government incompetence over smart meters and the SMETS2 rollout.

F1489AD Washer Dryer - there is a large range of different models but the salesman at Marks answered all our questions like "Why can we pay nearly 3 times the price for some apppliances" - his answer was about brand name, build standards, warranties etc. We already have a tumble drier which will soon be coming to the end of its life, but it will be useful to compare the all in one unit for smaller loads. Instruction manual is pretty useless about how you can do drying after washing in one operation. My first attempt just doubled the washing time but no drying, however, the spin cycle was very effective and the clothes hardly needed drying. The machine is very quiet compared with our old none-direct-drive model.
Very happy so far.
