Fantastic service I made a massive mistake and they sorted the problem out for me straight away so I didn’t lose any money and got back to me over the weekend. Great product and service

Disgraceful company took 4 weeks to arrive I bought an oversized jumper didn’t look anything like the picture and they won’t let me send it back awful company would give it no stars

Awful customer service can’t speak to a manger I had a gift card bought for me in June and gone to use it and won’t work rang customer support and have to escalate but before they did so they made me go back to the person who bought me the gift card and asked how they paid before they could do anything for me what a disgrace !!!!! So I had to text them on their cruise to ask how EMBARRASSING so how 3 days later still no manager to talk to and they are now saying I’ve used the voucher (which I did a while ago sent the order back and they re issued me with a new e voucher ) so now it’s being escalated yet again and I’ve had to go back all over my phone emails to get for them the order number from June ! Terrible customer service and I missed out on a 3 for 2 offer which ended at the weekend !
If some one would like to call me it would be fantastic !
Please don’t insult me by replying with an automated message to get in touch with your customer care team because I have 5 times !

So disappointed had a faulty harness and was promised a replacement it’s not arrived order 220729

My sons Xbox has been hacked and and I can’t speak to anyone regarding this to get the money back your a disgrace !!!

Me again still no refund after receiving a message on the 22 November to confirm you have my returns it’s now 18 December 4 weeks since you had it back you keep saying it’s in hand but still no refund ! I will be giving I one more week before I take it further

Again I’m still waiting for my Refund I got an email confirmation that you have received my return and still no refund I put this up a while ago and you told me to follow a link which I did but still no reply there is no phone number to call I’m so anoyed I will keep putting this on untill I get my refund

So disappointed i got my order and it was open so i sent it back on the 22 November for a refund and got a we have received your returns back on 22 November and I’ve still got no refund and no way to contact them !
