We always let our customers know in advance why we need to cancel a policy. You should’ve received a letter or email, depending on your preference, explaining the reason and the date we’d cancel it from. We’re sorry if you didn’t get these. In this case the policy was cancelled due to the app and tab not being paired within the requested timeframe rather than a missed direct debit. ~Theo, Social Media Team
