Price was great but would have loved it to be presented nicely instead the writing was written in awkward places it kind of ruined the gift

I ordered a garden three seater swing chair as a gift for my son’s birthday I only got one box delivered and the second box has not been delivered still three weeks later ,it was very disappointing for my child.It ruined his birthday.
