Don’t EVER order from this company. TOTALLY unscrupulous.
I received a bag from my husband for Christmas which he’d bought from them.
It looked ok but first time I used it the stitching on the handle came away.
Contacted them to organise a return or replacement and quickly received what looked like an AI generated response. Their policy apparently states unless you inform them in 7 days of receipt that an item is faulty they won’t accept return or offer refund.
Have now emailed them a number of times pointing out this contravenes UK consumer rights, I get the same response.
I’m now trying Citizens Advice to see if they can help.
