Incredibly fast despatch and delivery. Could hardly believe it! Been searching everywhere for this jacket, and it was definitely worth the hunt. Love it.

The money was taken for my item, but it never arrived. First I was told it was because it was out of stock (even though I had been informed it was with the courier) and then that the courier had lost it. John Lewis were very quick indeed to issue a refund, but seemed confused as to whether it had ever actually been dispatched. The courier tried to find it, but to no avail.

Not a UK company, but the whole process was very easy. The tights are in place of the discontinued Cette 140 which I have worn daily (medical advice) for the last 20 years. The ones from Calzitaly are fabulous - even better than the Cette ones. I am excited to see they do open toed ones too, so I will be ordering again very soon!

The duvet is listed on the website as 10.5 tog and “keeps you cool in summer”. Perfect for all year round. This maybe so if you happen to live in the Arctic! I have never had such a hot duvet - even a 13 tog comes nowhere close. We are absolutely roasting and unable to sleep, even on cold nights. Very disappointed.
