I use Trustpilot frequently and always feel at ease with them looking out for us consumers. They do a great job of collating consumers reviews too, which is why I encourage friends and family to always check Trustpilot when about to purchase online, especially if purchasing expensive items. I also like the fact that you can see just who the scammers are by the consumers reviews. Great work Trustpilot.

I bought a black boucle fabric from Dalston Mills as I am recovering a large chair and cushioned foot stool. The fabric is lovely, I wanted a true black as lots I had seen had grey flecks in them but this fabric is true black. The material has just the right amount of stretch too. I will definitely use Dalston Mill again they have a huge array of fabrics and very good prices.

I purchased two items, a new kettle and a knee brace for my husband who has just had knee surgery. I ordered both items online and Currys informed me when they were available to pick up. I picked items up next day, in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Couldn’t have been easier.

I purchased a BullyBillows slip-on padded collar and traffic lead for my 1year old Rottweiler. Love both items but the collar was too big so was returned and exchanged for a smaller size. Customer service was quick, friendly and very helpful. Collar and lead is fantastic quality and extremely stylish and traffic lead is perfect for keeping my dog close and comfortable. Great innovative company.

Fast and well packaged delivery. I purchased several polystyrene spheres from Inerra and a few from another supplier, in sizes Inerra didn’t have in stock. Comparing them, Inerra’s spheres were so much more superior and were cheaper than other supplier. Will definitely make Inerra my first choice.
