Ive been using Wix for years it is my go to for all of my clients and their builds.

I Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus on the 05-12-2016. At the time the item was promised for next day delivery. I was then contacted for relevant information etc. 2 days later I was told that there was a delay. I accepted this as the phone is fairly new and the lead up to Xmas is understandably having an effect on the stock. I was told that my handset would be with me within 10 days. In the meantime, I was given an update of "estimated delivery date 16th December" ( Again I appreciate it is the most desired handset out there currently ) The problem I have is that I have not been contacted once. I have had to do all the chasing of the order myself being promised it would be with me by the 16th and it never arrived. Even an Email or phone call with an honest update of when my phone would be with me. Just prefer to be contacted and appreciated for my custom. Rather than doing the chasing myself. ( The review may change subject to the order being delivered and customer service from this point )

After on hold for 30 minutes I finally got to someone I have sent 3 emails before hand on separate days to no reply from MPD. I was told that due to many back orders the phone has still not come into stock from the supplier I was told they have back orders going back to the middle of November so putting these things together this means I shall not receive my hand set until January at the earliest! Considering I have not had one single update this is not acceptable. luckily I am in position where my previous phone supplier can roll on my contract until I decide to leave. But in no way does this make this experience acceptable. Very poor service up to this point.

Update - Finally have an update for the iPhone I've been waiting for. 13 of January 2017 I ordered this phone the first week of December with the promise of next day delivery. and I'm still not totally confident that I shall get the phone on that date. Very poor just no communication between customers and staff.
