Slimmr really does provide a first…

Slimmr really does provide a first class service. If I have any queries whatsoever they respond very quickly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I need to add that I was wrong about specifying a delivery date, one can specify a particular date on a drop down menu towards the end of the order process which I didn’t realise till recently. All the deliveries to me have been on time and prompt with a particularly helpful delivery person.

Slimmr are always there to help and do…

Slimmr are always there to help and do respond very quickly to any queries. The only problem I still have is trying to organise a delivery time which suits me. I tend to just be told when my order will be delivered and I have to make sure I am at home to take delivery. I have yet to discover when and how I can say when it will be convenient for me (and not the delivery guy, who incidentally is the most helpful and reliable chap ever).

I just sent you a detailed email with instructions as to how to choose a delivery date (and service) when you next order with us because we do try and make this much easier than it clearly has been to you so far. Slimmr have been very helpful…

Slimmr have been very helpful throughout. If I have had a question someone has always got back to me extremely quickly. My only difficulty has been that I have been unable to alter the delivery date or time of the next pen so find myself timing my next order when I know I can be at home. I am not very technically minded so this may be my fault but I can’t find any information as to how to change the delivery date or time. Apart from that I am a very satisfied customer with excellent results.

With ordering, we try and make this as easy as possible so you should be able to pick a given delivery day when you check-out. If you did want to change this after your order, if you message us at Slimmr Support (https://slimmr.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new) and your order hasn't been processed, we can change your delivery date. It’s not just this time but Evri time

It’s not just this time but Evri time. Driver simply dumps package by front door and drives off. Sometimes leaves front gate open which means dog gets out.

It always seems to be very busy…

It always seems to be very busy whenever I need to get through on the phone, maybe its time for BUPA to employ a few more telephonists. I cannot stand the music which is played again and again, please, please turn the music off. I can read a book or newspaper whilst I wait and wait but not with that darn music with the interruptions playing.

On line ordering versus phone

I only discovered I could have had a discount if I had ordered online after ordering on the phone. When I rang back to point this out I was told 'no' Dukeshill were not offering any discount. I checked again and they were but only online and Dukeshill were not at all helpful. I won't be ordering again.

I am so sorry you were misinformed, occasionally we do have some online offers, which are available to customers who place their orders over the phone, you do need to tell us at the time that you have seen the offer on our web site we can then us the correct code to apply the offer.
