Very poor customer service, I booked holiday for son and partner but put wrong surname for sons partner tried to change straight away but sunshine holidays wanted £260 to change name on flights, £199 to change name with hotel. I contacted Ryanair and explained what happend, they changed this FREE of charge(thumbs up to Ryanair) emailed hotel in algarve they just mailed back and said they would make note of error, so all done for free. Sunshine holidays only out to scam people for as much cash as they can, POOR POOR customer service,would not use again, no customer service ethics what so ever. Error was noticed straight away but takes 48hrs for someone to get back to you, extremely dissatisfied with it all, caused lots of stress or no reason, holiday was booked after my son and partner had a really bad year,they needed time away, POOR COMPANY

Bought lazy boy sofa from scs,advised to take the insurance which I wasn't keen to do but as it was expensive sofa I took it,this was to cover absolutely everything,anything needed done just phone castlelan(insurance). Recently we have started to feel the springs through the padding,so called castlelan insurance who told us sofa not covered for this problem.I advised this should come under structural if it's the springs, but apparently springs are not structural,I then said o wasn't sure if it was springs or just needed re padded,again this is not covered. I called scs customer service who advised sofa definitely covered,they emailed castlelan who still refuse to come out, this was then taken back to the salesman wh again called scs customer service, to which I recieved phone call to advise they would send upholsterer at a cost of £60, why do I pay all this money for insurance to then pay call out charge? I wasn't advised of this when I took the insurance or I definitely wouldn't have taken insurance out. Complete rip off,insurance meant to cover everything and when you call to get something done your told it's not covered,then told its £60 call out charge. Not amused in slightest and have requested refund cost of insurance
