TERRIBLE the system will not accept my biometric and gives me no other way of paying a bill- yet again this bank giving lousy service. I have had several problems with their IT - this is not the first time I have had this particular problem....and I have had many others.

A few weeks ago I tried to move over to them for broadband - but the customer service was so bad I stayed with BT. This morning I tried to speak to a human -(about changing over to another phone) it took 10 minutes of pressing endless buttons and then............... the human did not know how to help me so left me hanging on - I eventually gave up.

I booked a hotel in Havana - the price included the taxi from airport to the hotel - when the voucher did not arrive for the taxi I tried to contact Gala hotels - but no reply.When I arrived at the hotel (having paid the taxi myself) I was told no booking had been made - tried to contact Gala hotels but got no reply - the hotel also tried to contact them but got nowhere.
THEY REPLIED BUT:
their reply is odd - I tried several times to contact them but just got a repeated recorded message - El Presidente Roc Hotel in Havana also tried to contact them. I e-mailed Gala hotels but they did not reply. . Their voucher number did not relate to anything on the hotel booking system. The transfer from airport voucher never arrived.. I will be interested to see when I get my refund - there have been many public posts saying that Gala promise refunds but do not actually give them.
added 20.02.17 they have refunded the money but this appalling service cost me an extra £100 (for just one night) as I had to pay top rate at the hotel

Your booking has been canceled due to security reasons. We tried to contact you by phone but it was swithched off and send you an authorization form but you have never replied us. Refund has been approved on your card. (email has been sent, voice mail)
