One hamper arrived with the outer box ripped open and delivered to another road! The second hamper contained a dented tin, we have advised you twice by email but no acknowledgement received.

When one's enquiry is straight forward it is easy, but if one has a query regarding say the Golden Triangle in India add on at the end of a cruise one's emails are ignored.

A beautiful traditional 'proper' bear in the grand manner and most beautifully made To be given as a life-long companion to Isobel our God-daughter's new baby. He - yet to be named! - fits the 'Teddy' bill perfectly; in a changing world it is a joy and a delight to find something so traditional and gorgeous.
