On her way home from an event, my wife decided to call in at Waitrose for food items. Among these were Chicken Kievs at £5 odd and a lamb joint at over £11.
We had the Kievs, cooked according to instructions, for Saturday dinner. They were tough, dry and unappetising. For Snday lunch we had the lamb. Dreadful! I consideed re-soling my boots as the meat was so tough. Again, flavour was poor.
We normally use a well known german supermarket whose meat is always good and well priced. Waitrose is expensive and not worth the money. No more shoppng there!

Decided to join Tesco Mobile as my existing operator was too expensive. A new sim was sent which worked perfectly in my iPhone 12. I asked for my number to be ported and supplied them with PAC code. The changeover day came and went. I then received an email saying they had problems but it would be fixed. At that point the sim stopped working - No Service. After a few days and two calls to Customer Service the number was ported but still no service.
There then followed further calls to C.S. Each time I was told it was fixed. It wasn't
I then tried chat via the app. I was asked a variety of questions, most of which were irrelevant.
Finally, as the cooling off period was soon to run out, I requested a PAC code and signed with a different operator. I won't name them, but they completed the transfer on the day and all now works well.
My experience with customer services was frustrating. They are obviously in a land far ffar away. We had trouble understanding each other, and they certainly had no clue. I gained the impression they were following a script. So 0/10 for Customer Service

We had a delivery from an online retailer using DX 24 hour service. We were given a 2hr timeslot by DX and the package turned up just after hafway through the delivery window. The driver was friendly and courteous.

I needed some replacement chrome screw caps for one that I lost. Maiya Gerrard was able to contact the manufacturer and arrange spares. Excellent service

Good product at an excellent price. The whole transaction was easy.

The website was easy to use, the price was spot on and the item was delivered very quickly.
