Excellent looking tree which arrived quickly. Only slight issue was that the box parted company with the tree , so on arrival, the tree was standing on its own with the box beside it.

Its ok IF you are given plenty of time between item being left in locker and buyer having to collect it.
Also why can't the collection code be made clearer and more obvious? I dont want to know that the parcel has been collected and is on its way - i just v want to know that the parcel is in the locker, ready for collection by the buyer and tje code is ....
Pleasr make it all v clear and simple.

It was good to speak to a real person but we had some difficulty understanding each other. Sanjay seemed to understand my concerns and request and i was grateful for the link he offered re Switzerland and sent.

Its ok in theory but so many communications from Vinted and inPost its often difficult to find the correct code to release the locker door.
