Delivery was as advised and Tom the delivery man was helpful and respectful of our property , the mini greenhouse is perfect for the space we have . No difficulties with the purchase and it definitely takes two to assemble.

Communication was great, and we were able to purchase the velvet dog bed in store as unavailable on line. The bed is quite beautiful and very well made, with firm yet soft sides and base supporting our older dog . He got in straight away and fell asleep with his head resting comfortably on the side. A lovely 10th birthday gift!!

The delivery guys on the Manna team were excellent, called half an hour prior to delivery and took care to move my new bike shed to the end of the garden where we needed it positioned. They were efficient and courteous, would definitely recommend!

Great day out with my 6 year old grandson. So many different parts of the castle and Tower to explore with great displays and very helpful and friendly staff and Beefeater’s. I love history and this venue is steeped in it , so many wonderful elements to the visit .

Alexandra is so professional and caring, I would highly recommend her . She put me at my ease and took great care in ensuring that I had a perfect spray tan, she really took a lot of care in getting it just right. I feel honestly amazing 🤩 so happy to get such a top class spray tan at home.

I was quite nervous coming to use the gym as although I am 62 I have never used a gym before. My physio recommended that I use an exercise bike following recent hip replacement surgery. I felt at ease, the place was not busy and equipment was clean. The changing room was a nice surprise as has a sauna and was lovely and modern and clean.

Lovely design and great quality. I ordered Nordic socks last year and am a big fan of their unique designs. Had lots of compliments about the socks from family and friends too ! Now purchased socks as Christmas gifts as they will make a perfect present 🎁

I have been seeing Alessio regularly since November 2020, due to tight painful muscles in my lower back and hip that made walking difficult . This had been an increasingly painful condition that had developed over the previous 8 months. Alessio is extremely focused and knowledgeable in his assessment, treatment and approach. I have experienced dramatic improvements in my mobility and a diagnosis that I can work with. The care includes a thorough physical assessment with a structured exercise programme to follow through at home. I would highly recommend his skills and knowledge combined with a considerate and holistic approach.

Very happy with timely delivery and goods

Jake the contractor arrived early at 07:30 and finished at 16:45. He had two young men who worked hard on a very hot day with his supervision. Jake was not with the boys for the whole day as he had a couple of local jobs he needed to drop into in the morning.
The conservatory looked like new when it was finished, we were very happy with the work done.
Unfortunately a few days later we noticed a plastic trim edge is falling away from the roof glass, and a cleaning cloth has been left in the gutter.
I sent Jake a text to his mobile within the week of the work being completed to request he contact me to return and correct these errors .
It’s been 5 days since I sent the text and unfortunately we have not had any response.

I was a little concerned that I had not received a dispatch confirmation and had a real worry when I saw some bad reviews. However my delivery arrived 11 days after the order and payment was made. It fits perfectly and my niece is delighted with it. I found the response from Floryday prompt when I requested change of delivery address.
