Bought 2x ram because that’s what the website said it could take, it can’t there’s only 1 slot.

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the order Glen, this is the first we have heard about this as we haven't been contacted.
As per our website, the machine has 2 slots with 1 being upgradable, the other is soldered with 2Gb.
Our IT team are confirming this as I reply to you.
I will contact you via email if you would like to send the other 2Gb back for a refund.

The independent fitters were great, prompt and worked hard.
In terms of the products, one part didn't arrive when it should of. Another part was faulty, we waited two weeks for replacement parts which were then the wrong parts anyway.
Tried calling customers services line, never have got through!
