Having dealt with EIL since 1998, and purchased quite a number of albums, I am happy to report that I've never had cause, for any reason, to query, question or return a record... NOT ONCE.!!
The choice of vinyl in their stocks is amazing, their description, background 'info' and write-up on each individual record cannot be faulted, and the quality of their merchandise is second to none.
The sales team is exemplary in every possible respect..i.e., well-informed, cheerful, articulate, extremely knowledgeable, polite and frighteningly efficient.!!

I've been buying from EIL for quite a few years and have found them to offer the highest-possible standard of service and the quality of their vinyl to be second to none. I have never had to consider returning any item...ever.
They have a catalogue of vinyl/cd/related merchandise is sufficient to satisfy any music fan or collector.
Their description of their stock is amazingly accurate...simply because, I believe, the EIL team are a group of guys..and girls..who are experienced, knowledgeable and well-informed..thus making them more than qualified to know what the buyer wants. ~ No Bull..Just Facts.. ~

I found 'Cult Pens' just by chance, a Google search. I've found that their choice of items is absolutely incredible...! Their prices, also, are very reasonable. And the small order I placed arrived extremely quickly.
