Fixed Prices Absolutely no mid-contract broadband price rises. Guaranteed.

When is a guarantee not worth anything ... well when it's given by Talk Talk who are now applying price increases on so called fixed price Broadband mid contract with a months notice. Dick Turpin at least wore a mask.

I get greeted by the message "We have…

I get greeted by the message "We have had to apply a service restriction to your TalkTalk account as you have an outstanding balance on your TalkTalk bill. Please make a secure online card payment and your services will be reinstated within 24 hours." I pay every month by Direct Debit so never have outstanding amount. I contact Talk Talk and again they eventually say it's an error and promise to remove it but hey guess what ... still there to greet me if I log on to My Account ... and by the way what's a service restriction and would I ever notice?

All the hassle for 55p

I packed up Talk Talk mobile and moved to another provider. Talk Talk sent me a closing bill for 55p although I didn't owe anything. After a lengthy on line chat they agreed the account was actually in credit by 70p or so. I said let's call it quits and saved the chat transcript. Sure enough another month goes by and another bill for 55p. More time spent on line chatting but still nowhere near a conclusion ... give me strength!

Just used this service and was well pleased …

Just used this service and was well impressed with the price and quality. Drop off and pick up couldn't have been easier. Quicker than self parking and great value. The booking process was clear and easy. The staff on departure and return were smart and courteous. Would use again without hesitation.
