Its a relief to know that BWFO are there with the items that, as a vegan, we cannot always find in other shops, or they dont have a regular supply. I dont like having to pay postage, but as long as things get delivered quickly, and they do - packed with cold bags if its chilled food - then I have no complaints.

All the maintenance people who arrive to service my boiler over the years I have been with Corgi, have been consistently thorough in their work. They have always been kind and friendly and efficient. they always call before they arrive - this is the really good idea, so you don't waste any time during the day wondering exactly what time they will arrive.

This blouse is lovely and crepe textured , its a flowing and very light to wear top. This is exactly what I needed to get me through the hot days without great expense. . So good I bought two !

I bought a lovely top at a really good price and it arrived very quickly.
My only complaint is that it arrived in a bag with Brand Alley all over it, this is not a good idea as doorstep thefts are everywhere. This parcel was left on the doorstep too, even though I have a parcel box on the wall beside the door. I will think carefully before buying again for this reason.

I had no idea just how painful sciatica could be , until I had an attack myself! I turned once again to Disc in Surbiton. As always they came to the rescue.
Much work was done on my back (thank you Dimitris) I had an x-ray and was advised to have decompression sessions to ease the problem.
3weeks later I have hardly any pain, I can walk unsupported and can see the light at the end of this tunnel.
The care and understanding is there from everyone, leaving me with a more positive attitude, which helps. A huge thankyou to everyone who has helped me.

I was a little put off at first by rather rambling texts, but when I met our engineer I realised it was just his way of keeping us informed. He knew a lot about the boiler, and told us exactly what he was doing. The only thing he did not do was to test the radiators incase they needed topping up, but as it was a very hot day that would not have been a pleasant experience.

I was really concerned that this arrangement would fail, that it was not real ! but I called the car park and they confirmed they worked with JustPark, I had e-mails from JustPark as reminders and thankfully left my car as suggested. What a relief that I could do that in a very bad parking town, a relief to get home after having to use a BUS as the trains were not running, that I had my car close at hand to get home quickly at the end of a difficult and tiring travel day.

On my first shop I was pretty anxious to find this item, and there it was, at a reasonable price. Ordering was very simple and I did that as a guest. Lookfantastic e-,mailed straight away to confirm purchase, and later that day upgraded me to next day delivery ! I was over the moon - usually shopping outside of the usual giants takes anything up to 2 weeks. Am I pleased to now have signed up with you - oh yes I am. Thank you for such a good service.

Our service engineer was very polite and amenable as usual, and did a good service and look over the system. he notified me when he was on the way, and was very quickly done. Highly recommended

We chose our Earth Pans because we already had been using the Wok, and we are delighted with the performance of these pans. They arrived very quickly, well packed, and very good value for three pans.

Had many problems understanding what was needed, then my partner saw I had to use the web cam ! I had taken pics of all I needed and put them on the desktop to upload, and that is the most usual action - so missed the obvious altogether ! Once I did that everything was easy, such a relief !

I had two orders delivered on their own, the first was very fragile little plugs which were eaten on the first night by a slug even tho I treated the garden with nematodes a week or so before. Bad luck, the second was an acer which was very beautiful, with lime green leaves, I haven't planted her yet, but I can't wait to get on with that tomorrow. My acer arrived in very generous packing, so is in full health, fingers crossed !

i am happy with my blind but it did take quite a while to arrive, and I am concerned as the fit was so perfect that I cannot get into it to remove the blind. so one side with the pull cord should actually be turned to that it hass the chain more to the front, as it is the chain pulls on the flimsy plastic every time we pull the blind up. really annoying as I am sure it will soon break

We would like to commend one of your garden staff, Jenna, this is not the first time she has helped us to find, if not what we wanted, then something better than we would have thought of. She takes as much time as needed, asks for help when needed, and never leaves you feeling that you have been a nuisance.

the chocolates we ordered were wonderful, really a beautiful taste experience. However, I have to say that they were much smaller than I thought, probably my fault. But when they arrived 4 of them were broken open as they were packed quite loosely in paper cases which were all over the place, we ate them in bits and pieces, but some people may have been annoyed by this. they needed to sit in a rigid base of some kind, they had card over the top and were in a small box. All good except for their moving around inside the box. Still we thought they were really exceptional, and our congratulations go to the maker. (Copperhouse chocolates)

Disc have looked after me for a few years now. I go regularly for check ups as my weak knees could affect my whole skeleton with imbalance. They care about individuals there, they keep checks, they offer extra advice, they explain how their treatment works and I rely on them as they have kept my body in good and almost pain free working order all this time. I trust them, and rely on them, and would encourage anyone with joint pain to go and talk to them to see if they can help.
