I brought a Double hanging Cocoon it developed a little fault omg Debbie Vollands in customer services absolutely fantastic exchanged kept me updated all the way lovely lady so helpful it’s not very often you get a good After sales but I Highly recommend JB furniture many thanks 😊

If I could give more stars I would after a long awaiting break we booked into the orchid suite wow amazing luxury towels walk in shower Elemis bath products everything we needed most off all comfy bed in the hotel we went to bar at lunch excellent waitress service food fab & cocktails eve dinner in brassiere again excellent service & food sat in garden beautiful eve. Breakfast again excellent food & service many thanks 😊 especially to Jane Richfield for making it so special for us amazing many thanks 😊

I have had very poor service from Lookers in Chelmsford. I didn’t even want to give one star !!!!!!



The key issues have been over a number of visits with my Range Rover Sport. I have listed these below:



1. Fitting Brake Discs on all 4 wheels without authorisation from myself. This was my first visit.



2. The Dealership identified a rear axle seal leak which I booked in for repair with the front axle bush replacements. on collection from the dealership they had forgotten to complete the front bushes, so I had re-book this back in.



3. The Front bushes were fitted and whilst the vehicle was at the dealership the bodywork was damaged on the front bumper. I then had to re-book in in for the repair. The repair was at no charge.



4. I then booked the car in for an air conditioning check as the car was not cooling down correctly. The dealership re-gassed the air con system. This lasted about 1 week, and I returned it and it was then diagnosed needing a new condenser.



5. The vehicle then developed a fault with the suspension and the fault like came on and we had a noise from the near side rear wheel which was the same side as the suspension fault. The fault was diagnosed as a failed compressor and was replaced which took 5 days. When I came to collect the vehicle, I returned it back to the dealership as the noise was still the same. I went out with a technician who said it was the wheel bearing. I technician confirmed that the previous technician who fitted the compressor did not road test the vehicle. This was vehicle frustrating and the dealership could not supply me with a courtesy vehicle as there was a 4-week waiting list. I had to borrow a vehicle from my brother as the car was in for another week.



The worst thing of all is that over all of the issues the service desk does not respond back when you call in for an update.



On the last time the car was in I made six calls for an update and never received a call back for 3 days. This is appalling service. I have spent around £4k to £5k with the dealership on my repairs and I have a complete lack of confidence in the dealership



I bought a Range Rover as it has always been seen as a premium brand but the after-care service is absolutely shocking.



I feel completely ripped officially

I have also sent in a complaint to the head office to which they have never responded back to me it’s now the 12/09/19 STILL NO REPLY!!!!!!!
