Wish I could give zero stars. This company are complete crooks. Stole my £250 deposit and my written notification of prosecuting them was redirected and returned. Unbelievable that all we can do is leave trust pilot reviews.

Of all the bike traders, these guys were by far the best. They were the only ones not to spam me with text messages and emails. I got a price, then clicked accept a couple of weeks later (after the others had all expired and dropped their offers significantly). They showed up the next day, polite guy (a biker) checked the bike & paperwork thoroughly, then cash in my account within minutes. Price was reasonable (lower than private sale, higher than part ex). You don't get anything for free and the ease with which you can sell to a trader is what you pay for, and these guys delivered that.

Extremely smooth ordering process, constant updates on where the delivery was, bike arrived within a few days and was well built. Customer service were really helpful (when I contacted them regarding a discount I failed to apply) and sorted it instantly.

Ordered a TV from Amazon, was shipped by DPD “next day” as I am a Prime customer.

Got the message from amazon, email from DPD confirming it was on its way.

Waited in from 07:00 until 17:00. Nothing.

Got a message at 17:16 saying they couldn’t deliver as I wasn’t in, and they left a card, which they didn’t. A blatant lie.

Had to rearrange the delivery myself using their website which repeatedly threw errors and told me customer service was closed.

Utterly diabolical service. Which, sadly is what I expected.

Very quick, fair price, really good collection service.
