If you don’t want to be disappointed DONT BUY

Wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews would never have ordered
But I didn’t and ordered.
No goods no response to my numerous emails.
Luckily I paid though PayPal and they sorted it out.
I suppose I will receive the usual message from them saying

“We are sorry, we are trying to track your order, we sent u an email, please check it didn’t go into your spam folder. Please reach out to us via our website”

What’s the point of trying to reach out to u when u don’t respond to any emails.

Yes it was only resolved due to my complaint to PayPal not due anything that you have done.
Funny that you are so quick to get back on trust pilot review, but NOT when we send you emails.
You are a disgrace!!

Your order was already refunded via chargeback through your bank. The case was resolved in your favor, and the refund was sent directly to your account.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them
One item missing from parcel one item returned
No response from them since the end of April and not refund

Following reply at last from pineapple
as you can see neither issue has been resolved
1) they sent missing item on the 25/4 we are now the 15/5 no replacement received
2) no mention of refund for the trousers sent back
So no further forward
16/5/25 check the royal mail website and the missing item has not been delivered to my adress

We have reviewed our records and see that you contacted us regarding a missing item. Our system indicates that the missing item was dispatched separately on 25April 2025 and can be tracked here:

According to the Royal Mail record, it has been delivered.

Item missing and still waiting for them…

Item missing and still waiting for them to reply to my emails.
Won’t be buying direct from them again

Had to get PayPal involved to get the money back for return item. However no refund for item that was missing from original parcel. Shameful!!!

still disappointed

Your message back to me seems to indicate that you have missed my point completely!! I understand that item had been recalled and for a very good reason
I am questioning why my original postage that I paid in order to get my item delivered is not being refunded. I have had to order a new one and have to pay postage again.

Hi Lydia. Following review, I understand you originally paid for a premium, pre-10:30 next day delivery service. We're providing a full refund for the affected products upon return. The premium delivery service originally used was completed successfully therefore we wouldn't be refunding this as part of a product recall.
If purchasing a new mattress topper, we offer free standard delivery and also a free collection service via our click & collect locations. This will prevent any further delivery costs to our customers. We aren't covering costs for premium delivery charges for new orders. Best wishes ^Paul

Very disappointed

First time ever have I had to write a negative review about John Lewis
So I have an email to say that my mattress top had been recalled
As I am not near a Jl I arranged for them to collect it.
I asked if they were going to refund my original postage and she said no, u received the goods and it’s only the item that has been recalled. Seems a bit unfair

Your message back to me seems to indicate that you have missed my point completely!! I understand that item had been recalled and for a very good reason
My point is that you are NOT refunding my original postage that I paid to get my item delivered which I think is unfair and do not understand the reasoning behind this.

Ordered an item very disappointed with…

Ordered an item very disappointed with the quality of it and I have to pay to send back. Lesson learnt don’t buy unless your 100 % sure your gonna like.

ITS A SCAM DONT BE FOOLED

ITS A SCAM. Can’t believe I fell for it, please don’t fall for it!! They send you an UPS pre/paid and then have a rented van to collect, should have known then. Sent 2 phones only acknowledge 1 phone and then told me was an issue with the speakers on the phone which is rubbish offered less then said if you want phone back it’s £20 . I bet I won’t receive any money either.
