I am absolutely fed up with Boots opticians. I have been going to them for years and was pleased with their contact lens delivery scheme until this year. I too have had delivery issues and also issues with them saying I haven’t had my contact lens checks when I had. They blamed my branch for not updating the system. I think I will take my business elsewhere now as I am now getting persistent phone calls from a Guildford number trying to get me to book appointments. My father passed away this week and booking an eye appointment is the last thing on my mind at the moment. I told the person that called me yesterday this and today I have had another person call me - she was very persistant as though she is getting paid for each appointment she makes. I am not happy! I will be going elsewhere.

Rabbit Cottage was well equipped, clean and tidy and in a lovely rural but convenient location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need.
Communication with the owners was good.

Was looking forward to visiting the new Horsham branch of Gail’s but was very disappointed. The decor is uninviting, stark and basic - not a place where I would want to meet friends for an enjoyable coffee and get together. It felt more like the decor of a fast food outlet. The range of food seemed quite sparse compared to how I remember it being in one or two other branches I’ve visited over the years. There was a huge counter with only one poor chap working behind it trying to serve people, heat food, make coffees, deliver to tables and clear tables. Consequently the tables weren’t clean. I waited for ages ( we had finished our coffees and my husband had eaten his bagel ) for my toast, butter and chocolate spread. I reminded the chap I was waiting and he said he was waiting for it to come from the bakery upstairs. The cafe was nowhere near full so I don’t know why it took so long for someone to toast ONE slice of bread. Eventually it arrived without the butter! I don’t usually feel compelled to write bad reviews but it was a shambles and we won’t be visiting again. It seems ridiculous that Gail’s have spent a lot of money opening this branch but are not putting in the correct amount of staff. We were told the staffing budget has been cut. This branch is helping to ruin Gail’s reputation and probably putting people new to the brand off from visiting others. Luckily there are numerous other cafes and a really good proper bakery in Horsham ( Gwyn’s ) so we have no need to choose Gail’s in the future.

Great service from Liam in the Chichester store - helpful, polite and knowledgable.

Natalie in the footwear department of the Basingstoke store was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about all the products. My husband and I came out with a pair of shoes and a pair of boots each, confident that we had chosen the correct size, style and comfort with the help of Natalie. Natalie was very patient and nothing was too much trouble - the perfect salesperson. We would definitely shop here again and look out for Natalie to serve us.

We received excellent service in the shop when we wanted to sell our IPhone. Everything was very straightforward and we received the money in our bank a few days later. Very satisfied with the transaction.

Great products, efficient service.

I had two parcels delivered to me at different times on the same day by the same driver - they should have been delivered together to save the driver time.

Hermes told the company I ordered from they delivered a parcel to my ‘safe place’ and provided a photo of somebody else’s safe place. They must have delivered my parcel to someone else so I never received it.

Brilliant shoes and service. I will buy from Mastershoe again.

Great service, great coat. I bought this coat as a present for my son to keep warm on dog walks. I was a bit worried as he himself said he is very fussy when it comes to coats but he loved it. His girlfriend loved it so much that she bought a similar Didricksons coat for herself.
