Similar to a few reviews below, my trainers split after wearing them a couple of times. Various hoops to be jumped through to return them so decided to go get them restitched myself. Really poor comms and qualify of product

We were really pleased with our purchase in haddington. I thought the site team led by John and Iain have been great throughout, John took us on a site visit before completion which very much brought things to life. In terms of snagging issues, we found a few which is expected but what impressed me was how quickly iain managed the various trades to come in and make the tweaks.
Gillian in the sales office has been great, very warm and welcoming and a great addition to the Haddington development.

Service was good

I hired a kilt outfit for a wedding - looked exactly like it did in the pictures and received several comments. The best thing about this whole process was the customer service I received and the very straight forward instructions that were given regarding delivery and pic up. I dealt with a number of staff - all were extremely friendly with very good communication skills. I would recommend anyone who would like to rent a kilt to look at MacGregor and MacDuff.
