Easy platform for booking tickets, and low booking fees too!

Absolutely useless. Failed to deliver, asked for the address three times despite having the full address all along, then waited a week before delivering on the second attempt.
I avoid ordering from firms who use Yodel.

Fast and easy to use. However, just naming the road it's in doesn't really help. What 3 words, a photo, or a more detailed description (in the car park at corner of This Road and That Road or some such) would help first-time users.
Pros - very simple, fast and secure
Cons - not especially easy to find. A photo of the location would be a huge help.

Our break aboard Fair Monarch was very good, in the circumstances. The country had come out of lockdown, so the Broads were very crowded, This meant that free moorings were in short supply. Also, the water levels were high, restricting our travel. However, the boat itself was great - an on-board spa bath was a first! The boat had a lot of outside space, which would be fantastic in good weather. It was a pretty easy boat to handle, given its size, although reversing was a bit tricky. The bow thruster heled here. The Covid restrictions made the handover a bit difficult, but on-line guides helped. NBD coped very well in difficult circumstances, and we'd certainly use them again.

Fast service and good prices - what's not to like?

I've been working for Adversa for a week, and have found them a good company so far. Gurdeep has been very communicative, and found me a good range of assignments within easy travelling distance. Recommended.
