I would like to place on Record the unprecedented and 5 star treatment we received on-board flight LX0425 from Birmingham to Zurich.

My son who was also a passenger had a sudden nose bleed which caused him much distress.

The flight attendants were extremely attentive, responsive and displayed alot of care and compassion.

They brought him ice to help stop the blood along with plenty of tissue and offered their first Aid tips to help curtail the flow of blood.

Thankfully he stopped bleeding after a while.

In addition to this, they were also very accommodating when I requested to pray as being a Muslim I had to offer my prayer on-board.

These 3 ladies really deserve a huge amount of credit and all the compliments and praise they truly deserve.

I managed to get 2 names but all 3 were first Class.

Well done Jessica, Eva and flight attendant #3.

Tbh I havnt had any major issue since joining from Ulster bank but agree with most on here that to have a system that's so bloody dated in the age of modern tech is unbelievable. Surely Ebs can work on a decent, fit for purpose and user friendly APP.

I only really joined as they don't have any unavoidable charges otherwise probably AIB is the way to go.

I'd advise anyone with an account to keep a secondary one with Revolut.

I was duped into placing an order for something that was unavailable and due to their exorbitant delivery charges I decided to order a few extras just to get my money's worth only to be sent an email later on telling me that the my "main" item was unavailable. Upon contacting them to complain I received a ridiculous generic reply. 70% off on customer care too.

I RANG THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO GO AHEAD WITH THE BOOKING AND THEY WILL GIVE ME A REFUND LATER ON. I DULY OBLIGED AND AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS BETWEEN MYSELF AND THEM, TODAY THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME WITH A FLIMSY AND DISGRACEFUL APOLOGY SAYING THEY WONT BE ABLE TO OFFER ME A DISCOUNT. I AM DISGUSTED BY THEIR LIES AND DECEIT.
I KNOW ITS ONLY 10 POUNDS BUT I WILL SURELY BE WRITING TO TRADING STANDARDS SO THAT ROGUES OF THIS NATURE ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
