They are very strong and warm and don't seem to get sweaty if you keep them on, a d they arrived very quickly when scheduled.

The people we talked to were extremely helpful and answered our questions perfectly. We are delighted to have found Pedal Cover insurance. It has provided very clearly explained, excellent cover as well as covering our bikes, at a very competitive price with other companies who wouldn't insure our bikes (individually or for anything like their value).

Good product, excellent value and arrived quickly

The order arrived quickly and in the timeslot given. The product seemes very good value for money.

We had 3 bikes delivered from the very north of England to Cornwall. The collection and delivery were on time and the bikes were in perfect condition when they arrived. I got very rapid email replies when I had questions to ask. In addition, the cost was considerably less than the next lowest quote. I would definitely use Xpert Delivery again - much easier than taking bikes on the train!

Foot mats were good quality and exactly what I hoped for and arrived when I expected.

Everything was fine and good product and good communication on arrival time, but before I actually paid for it the website said I would get it in a few days (2-3 I think) but as soon as I had paid my confirmation said it would be a week. It actually arrived within the week but not quite as early as was originally suggested. It didn't matter for me, but would have been annoying if I'd been relying on the original time estimate.

I was happy with everything and the staff in the chalet were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food wasn't always great, but that was good as it stopped me overeating quite as much as I would have done otherwise.

The pH meter I ordered didn't work (the pointer didn't move wherever I put it - even in a jar of vinegar). I emailed to ask for a replacement (with a picture of it in the vinegar) and have received no reply for over a week. The receipt has no number to ring. My deadline for needing the meter has passed so I would like a refund if please.
