Had two parcels over the last few days arrive exactly on time, as promised.

Booked an apartment through another company Resolute as we were let down by our airbnb. Resolute failed to provide a working door lock to enter the property. Had no means of contacting on the night due to lack of staff available. Back and fourths with Booking with video proof to be told 'nothing we can do about it'. No email response from Resolute.

Disgusting behaviour from Booking towards a customer who has been using them for years. Never again. Will be looking to support hotels independently moving forward.

Resolute provided a last-minute booking through a partner company booking.com (which was appreciated as we were cancelled last minute through Airbnb). We could not get into our property because of a fault with the lock (which we contacted the company about with video proof and still have not heard anything back). We were provided excuses about not having the correct PIN code due to a lack of deposit which was not transparent when we originally booked. Several emails were sent to complain about our issues. None have been responded to.

Completely unprofessional and lack of care and attention to their customers. Avoid avoid avoid.
