Alan has the patience of a saint! For two and a half years he skillfully balanced between keeping in touch without the hard sell. Although there was a lot of information he gave a clear and concise presentation and despite the difficult subject he kept it light.

I felt supported from the initial zoom meeting right through the whole process. I traveled from the UK for the treatment and I’m so pleased I did. My fear of heights was making my world smaller and smaller being too afraid even to think about going places. I did the treatment so I could do a walk over the Malvern Hills in the UK for charity. I managed the walk and I’m now looking forward to a fuller life. I’m not 100% cured however I have been given some very useful strategies which will help me with moving forward and moving up.

If I could give no stars, I would. Took money for a 10 minute consultation for my 4-year old grandson then no report, no follow up. Seven weeks later and still no follow up despite several emails and phone calls. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Absolutely superb service. I had a few problems as, for some strange reason I kept accessing the US page instead of the UK one, I contacted them and my email was instantly answered. I then had to have my photo corrected and it came back the wrong size, again I emailed and received an instant reply with the correct sized photo. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I had got stuck in a rut cooking the same food and not being able to try vegetarian as I didn’t know what to cook. Hello Fresh has widened my recipes and I now eat vegetarian food on a regular basis. I love the rich flavours and the recipe cards are easy to follow.
