I thought it was a bit disappointing that the lady could not go back to last year policy and just renew for a further year.It took ages to do another policy I was getting fed up and nearly hung up.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with PayingTooMuch.
I am sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with your recent contact with us. PayingTooMuch is a price comparison company and as such we seek out the best deals for you. If we were to just automatically renew a policy without checking the best deals for you we would not be doing our job properly and therefore not getting you the best deal.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.

I'm sorry we couldn't find anything closer within your timescale. The last few weeks has been ultra-busy since people started getting back to normal after Covid which had put a lot of pressure on our available appointments. We are managing to get back to normal now. Phil
