They claimed my chosen domain was available. I paid for it, expecting a straightforward registration process. However, days passed with no progress or confirmation, despite their stated timelines. Eventually, they admitted they were unable to register any .cloud domains, even though their website showed them as available. This is misleading and can be considered false advertising. When I reached out to support, I was bounced between five different “levels” of support staff. None of them seemed to understand the issue or provide a solution. Instead of resolving the problem, they kept passing me along, wasting my time and increasing my frustration. Despite selecting English as my preferred language, most communication was in French. Their English translations were poor, making it difficult to understand what was happening. This is unacceptable for an international service that claims to support multiple languages. Advertising domains as available when they cannot be registered is not just misleading—it could be grounds for legal action. If you’re running a business or need a domain urgently, this kind of unreliability, I would avoid them at all cost.

It took about a week to get here, although I ordered on a Thursday so won’t blame them.

Be careful with washing the cup, I cleaned it with dish soap and I can’t get rid of the soap smell, after that I tried it with a dishwasher then it smelled like the dishwasher soap. I recommend using something like baby bottle cleaner and not too hot water..

I have contacted the support at the same day I ordered they told me the code should work now but it still didn’t work and I told them it still doesn’t work and now they don’t reply anymore.
