I have still not received my coffee…
I have still not received my coffee ordered 2nd Feb
On speaking to Coal town on Tuesday 10th . they're very helpful turned out it was parcel Force who had left the delivery in our garden around the back without leaving a note to tell us it was there. It was there for 5 days.

Our customer service team has been in contact with you directly to look into this and we’re aware that the parcel was marked as delivered by Royal Mail without a calling card being left.
