This was a smooth professional process from the transaction to a very helpful delivery driver.

I operate as a small bicycle repair service from my garden shed, I placed the order on Monday 06/10/2025 with the customers bike booked in for repair on Saturday 11/10/2025.....plenty of time for processing and delivery or so I thought.
I recieved an email on Thursday 09/10/2025 saying my parcel had been despatched ( this is 3 days after after the original order date ) and would be delivered by Royal mail48 on Monday 13/10/2025....not good, then on Friday 10/10/2025 received another email from Royal Mail48 saying the parcel would be delivered on Saturday 11/10/2025 between 08:55 and 12:55....it wasn't as it was still at the local collection mail centre.
The parcel was finally delivered on Monday 13/10/2025.
So in the 21st century this whole process from placing the order to delivery took a week, I think this really isn't acceptable especially when Bikeparts UK are approximately 50 miles way from me.
