I was lucky enough to receive a supermarket voucher which helped stretch my strained budget. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my second choice (electric heatpad) which I hoped would help soothe my arthritis pains. I tried chasing this up but have heard nothing which is very disappointing.

Homes with pets will find these products brilliant. I had a Vax carpet cleaner before but it didn't have the dry setting and was incredibly difficult to clean. This time we chose the Vax platinum smart wash and alongside a superior wash it is so much easier to clean afterwards.

I literally just commented that I only received one of 3 items. The other two were delivered but with no apology.

I hope your Driver is OK and not doing too many things.

I have just received only one parcel from my delivery instead of 3. I tried to catch your driver but he just drove off. I am concerned that he might deliver the other two packages when I am not here to receive them. Please ensure your drivers read the delivery labels carefully so that other customers aren't inconvenienced as I am. Typically the item received is the lowest value item!

I found the staff at your Reading Store happy to help and knowledgeable of the products you sold. I was looking for a dog bowl for short nosed dogs to help my pug reach her food with Buster Collar on.

Very efficient website when looking at insurance for a new car

Our cooker doorbell perished and this gave us a reduction in performance which was not satisfactory.

Our cooker hasn't been great since we had it, it's a Hotpoint and the rim around the hob has chipped paint on it where it bubbles then flakes, being a cosmetic issue this won't be rectified.

I feel a bit mean giving three stars but this cooker has made my kitchen look shabby for years through no fault oglf our own. If this design fault was addressed we wouldn't feel this way at all.

Your engineer Paul was fast, efficient and very professional.

Using this product regularly and reviewing our dogs progress via videos we can see that this item helps her with her mobility. We trust this product and use it for all our pets.

I have been using this app for around half a month and love it! It's easy to use and we earn 'biscuits' for doing something we would be doing anyway.... we find our target achievable and it is an incentive to keep going on days we may be tempted to shorten the walk!

I have recommended to lots of friends, I keep being asked 'what's the catch?' I haven't yet found one...

My only issue has been that the maps aren't really accurate but I can cope with that. I wish that two family members can share the app but maybe that will come in time?

We have three dogs and they all had joint issues, two were age related and one was due to her breed (miniature dachshund) she had IVDD.

Our dachshund has become a living legend in the area we live. She had surgery following her disc explosion and started the slow journey back to near full health and YuMove have had an amazing effect on her!!

Our older arthritic pugs are looking and feeling better since starting YuMove, one is visibly more shiny....

Our miniature dachshund has had to have spinal surgery and relearn how to walk again. Due to her wobbly walking she requires regular nail clips which a groomer charges a set fee for. We have saved more than we spend on this plan on nails alone. The added bonus is that her insurance cover is also extended due to getting a discount on routine treatment/medications. Thank you for your help.

The book was lovely...the delivery was late. Although postage was refunded this put me in a difficult position and spoilt our anniversary. I would advise ordering with time to spare!
