Efficient and straightforward process
Engineer arrived on time, explained clearly the process regarding the change to smart meters, answered all questions and was generally efficient and pleasant. Fingers crossed the change to smart metering doesn’t bring problems in the future.

Gave you 2 seperate orders, both of which were delivered, though the second one wasn't delivered until sometime in the afternoon, as a consequence the recipient had gone away for the weekend celebration, so did not actually get her flowers till some days after her birthday.
