I have used Evri a lot recently and for last couple of years and if one certain driver is working That delivers in my area great.
If not my parcels always get delivered to someone else's house over a mile away from my address where there is not a number close to mine.
Customer services are useless, if I call after inputting my last 8 digits of tracking number the phone call gets ended everytime.
If I go to chat you can only speak to automated bot that says they will get back to you within 24hrs and I have never had a message or call back.
I thought at 1st changing from Hermes to Evri was a fresh start as Hermes was useless,but after a while all just gone straight back to same old delivery company that cannot deliver parcels.

Really good delivery service.
So far "touch wood" not had a single problem with Inpost and used over 30 times in last 2 months.

Can't ask for anything more !

I just recently bought SteelSeries Nova Pro wireless headset to use on my pc. £329 brand new and bought them from CEX for half price for a grade B.
The headset arrived in original box with everything that you get buying brand new, cables, batteries, etc.
Headphones were in practically brand new condition, honestly couldn't even tell they had been worn.
Very Very happy with this buy, great headset at a more comfortable price amd excellent quality and condition.

Good prices for the items I bought but very slow at shipping items out.
I have to pay for delivery from this store no matter how much you spend and items are hardly ever processed within 4 days or so.

Compare that to another Mainline MensWear you get free delivery over a certain amount and always processed same day and arrives within 3 days at worst.

Changing the name of company to Evri from Hermes I actually thought the service would have been improved, but same as always bad delivery service.
Parcel due to arrive monday, out for delivery, then received a message saying it had been delayed will message when out for delivery again.
Thursday arrived and heard nothing so went to the palace I ordered parcel from and was told they will get onto them and find out what is happening.
Later the same evening my parcel arrived no notification of out for delivery as checked all day.
I've had the same thing happen so many times with Hermes before and expected better service as company changed name to Evri, but obviously just a name change and still useless delivery service.
I would rather pay more for delivery with another company as I suppose you get what you pay for.
