Dr Vegan B12 supplement

I love the Dr Vegan B12, but my last purchase was disappointing. The pills seemed smaller, and they haven't been beneficial for me. Usually, when I take the previous version of Dr Vegan B12, I feel an immediate boost in energy, but now I don't feel any effect at all.

Slow the shipment still in UK waiting…

Slow the shipment still in UK waiting for departure since 30th of July 2024. I placed the order on the 27th of July. I think it is really show delivery.

I always submitted my meter reading but…

I always submitted my meter reading but when call customer service, they will said they can't see my gas reading even I requested some experience customer service they can do immediately once I update, some even can't do anything just transfer to another person. She give me bill of $200 ++ estimate even I submitted my reading the stupid reason she gives me the distributor didn't submit the reading yet. My question is if you apps option to submit meter reading or send my email. Then why you have to give me estimate reading base bill. $200 +++ just for 45days. This people rip off customer. If anyone has experience some issue with Origin? I am not able to check daily usage as Origin said they trying best to update the apps. This issue happen more than 1 year. Still same nothing change.

Hi Rani, we're sorry this has been such an ongoing issue. Our team have been heavily focused on our migration to a leading customer-service platform, and due to this our app also needs to go through an upgrade. We're hopeful that at the end of this process our customer service, and app, will be best in class. But appreciate it is taking some time.

Your bill is based on a scheduled reading date and if we have not received the reading from the distributor we may need to estimate your bill to align with that schedule. Thanks - Em

Received my order yesterday

Received my order yesterday. It already a month for me to receive the parcel. You should give me tracking number so I can request Australia post to track the parcel once reach Australia.Overall I satisfied with the product
