unwanted adverts

I'm getting unwanted adverts, I have requested Amazon custermer service on three occasions to stop sending them, I'm getting up to 4or5 a day. I'm going to cancel my account and shop lacal.

I recently contacted Autoglass because I have a stone chip on my windscreen,the website says "we will updateallways try to repair a windscreen before we replac it" but when I booked my car into Autoglass in Castlebar, co mayo, they told me, "that we only replace the windscreen because it doesn't pay us to repair them so who Is miss leading the customer?update, a very nice man from autoglass called Kevin has resolved my problem, and my windscreen will be replaced after I took his very professional advice, I have given him 5 star's, well done Kevin, u are the top man.

Wrong power unit

I purchased a tapo camera.,C210 IT'S MADE IN VIETNAM, the power unit with this camara dosent fit a 3pin socket, and dosent comply with eu electrical safty requirements. Sent mine back, the camera is made in VIETNAM, and looks like they have supplied a unit that fit VIETNAM electrical supplies.

Poor quality

I'm the unfortunate owner of a skoda karog, this new car is only 5 months old, but it has Been back to the dealership twice because of oil leaks on the engine, when it is financially possible i will get rid and look for a different make,I can't advise u not to get a skoda, but please consider the situation I'm in.

Miss leading advert

I thought I would try the gillette 30 shaves a blade. Well I think the add is misleading, the young man in the add is only a boy and looks like he has just started to shave, I'm 80 years old and can only get 5 shaves a blade, perhaps after a this time I'm shaving the wrong way. I will go back to another brand,I don't know how u can help with this issue, I have stated the facts, Gillette 30 shaves don't give me more then 5 shaves a blade, but unlike the boy in your add i have tuffer whiskers, your add might be OK for boys but no good for adult shavers, I don't care if u dont recognise my honest review, that is a get out.

Don't get cloud storage

I paid for cloud storage on 2 cameras, I had to reinstall one of them, and now im being told to pay for cloud again, dont use it it's a con. I have contacted Hiseeu customer service today, they have told me I have to pay to get the cloud service that I already paid for, what a con thay are.

I have ordered a genrrater from this…

I have ordered a generater from this company, on their website they give a delivery date of 3to5 working days, this is misleading, when that item doesn't arrive in that time and u ask were is my purchase they respond and say. The time line on our website is only a guideline, but it doesn't give any obvious indication of that. I have been waiting 14 days for my delivery, as its comming from Spain,they should have known that it would take longer then the the guideline that they give, it's a case of we have got your money so u will have to wait for our very slow delivery service, the website gives an indication that they operate from the ROI, and give an address in Dublin, the address they operate from is in France. It's right that people should be give more openness when parting with their money.well they have continued to disappoint, the generater wasn't delivered on the delivery date given, the 19 09 25, they just don't care a bout custermer satisfaction, I wish I could put the clock back, l wouldn't order from them know I now what i know about them . It's arrived, it took 18 days, Habitium have set themselves a very very low level of customer service and failed to achieve it, what a joke they are

No support on rbs Mastercard, i have a dispute with a seller, custermer service have told me it could take up to 30 days to settle my dispute, look like I can no longer depend on them to guarantee payments anymore.

Bad service

I have made a big mistake when I ordered a generater from them, they give a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days don't believe that, I placed a order with them and after 9 days my order is in Barcelona Spain, once this lot have got your money they don't care how long it takes for your delivery to arrive. Very poor.order number 659347, 15 9 2025,update, on checking the tracking info this morning i find that my order is still in Spain and has been for 6 days, what a joke this lot are.i have instructed my bank to raise a dispute with Habitium and get my money back, it needn't have come to this if Hbitium had engaged with me and helped resolve the on going problem that Habitium have caused, I do intend to get my money back.

Good custermer service


Keter sheds are a very good shed that only require the minimum of maintenance, and they have a excellent custermer service. I give them 5 stars.they whent the extra mile when I require some replacement parts, and shipped them to me free of charge, thats outstanding customer servise. If I require another shed it will be a Keter. Thank u Keter.

Skoda give a free 3 year tyre…

Skoda give a free 3 year tyre insurance that covers accidental damage on new cars, but it's not worth the trouble to get a tyre replaced on that insurance, I was give the cheapest tyre that they had, so I have 2 dirent makes of tyres on the front of the car, that can interfere with the cars monitoring system, I will pay for my own tyre replacement.

Poor service

They promis to keep u up to date with your delivery, 2 or 4 days, I've been waiting 6 days and have not received anything from them, very poor service, further disappointment, I have now found that my order is coming from France, they should have known that that would not arrive within the delivery date.I can see that this company has a good reputation on Trustpilot, but in my experience they have let me down, they should have let me know that my order would take longer then the advised 2 to 4 days, update. My coop arrived today late delivery, I have unpacked it and find 2 parts broken, I now have to set to and repair it before I can assemble it, the coop is made of very poor quality wood, and that is why some of it is broken, please take my advice and think twice before you perched thi coop.
