Brilliant service, I wouldn’t hesitate on using Ace Sheds again.

The only company I use due to the consistency of service. Highly recommended.

The item was ordered at the end of November and still hasn't arrived. The item is for small nibs/feet for a snooker rest which could have been sent in a standard envelope which would have been here by now, and which wouldn’t cost nearly £5 for delivery.

It's also annoying to keep receiving emails asking you to review your item when it hasn't arrived.

Terrible service and communication, I will never use Go Outdoors ever again.

Update: Don't be fooled by thinking Go Outdoors are being productive when reading their response below, I have sent them all the information requested but still no answer. I still haven't had any response to my official complaint which I made on 23/04/2021 either.

I just wanted to say how brilliant Start Rescue is as a business. I’ve been a Start Rescue member for a few years now but previously I was with the AA, since switching my experience has been nothing but pleasant, punctual and overall excellent, none of which I had with my previous breakdown provider.

Today I had a tyre blow out on me, I used the app with ease, my recovery was there extremely quickly, and I received a follow up call to make sure everything was ok, this is a great customer experience.

So to all the staff that make this happen, we’ll done to you all and keep up the good work.

Good app and I like the concept but there are a few bugs in the app and some features which are lacking, for example if you use the search facility on the IOS app the app crashes every time.

This app needs cashout, cashout is a major selling point so if Kwiff wants to be one of the market leaders it will need to find some kind of way to incorporate that into their solution. Other items to consider, think about showing the balance when placing a bet so the customer knows how much is in their account, currently you can only see your balance on the front screen but not when viewing the markets. Player markets and more games are also required.

Generally an ok app but could do better.
