Completely unacceptable service
Completely unacceptable service. Parcel got damaged in transit by this courier as they dropped it. There wasn't any evidence on the box that it have been dropped, but items inside were damaged. Sender had these item packed in appropriate way for the postage. It was inappropriate (without care) handling what damaged the item. When I called to their customer service, they told me that as I have signed for the parcel and haven't told driver that items are damaged straight away, they are not responsible for the damage at all. I couldn't tell the driver straight away that items are damaged as box was intact and I don't have xray vision like SuperMan.
My advice, do not ever use this courier ever as they are not taking any responsibility for parcels which they handle.
If you don't have any other courier option like only parcel Force, then open a parcel straight away whithout signing it when driver is there and make sure that items are not damaged and if they are, then driver can make a pictures and see that.
Personally, I will open in the future any parcel, before signing for it, if its will be delivered with Parcel Force and inspect it straight away while driver waits and as all my items are electronic, like amplifiers etc. inspection will take at least half an hour if not more and if driver isn't happy to wait, then I'm not able to sign for it and therefore parcel will not be delivered.
Basically, I can play back with the same attidute as Parcel Force and I will do that and advice to any other person who uses Parcel Force to do the same.
