The whole website and experience was one of the easiest I've had to navigate my way around (not being brought up in the 'on-line' era), I don't find ordering online particularly easy!! But this was amazing and delivery was unbelievably quick - ordered in the late afternoon, delivered by lunchtime next day. That was just standard delivery charge which I also thought was extremely reasonable.

It was the staff in the Cardiff store that made my experience amazing. I could not have received kinder more helpful service anywhere. The girls were so knowledgeable and tolerant of me when I didn't really know what I was looking for.

Prices especially the offers make the bird food competitive but my biggest plus is that I find the website and ordering process so easy to negotiate. Delivery is always quick and goods well packaged.

The order arrived very quickly, clothes were true to size and very good quality at a good price.

Made my click and collect purchase. The email alert to say my product was ready to collect came through really quickly. I was delighted so went to collect my Ronseal Fence Sprayer. Waited a few minutes as there was another customer in front of me. When it was my turn shiwed the assistant my phone with collection number. There was no smile or friendly greeting with the same the previous customer came back in to say he had been charged twice for paint brushes. Now, fair enough he needed a refund byt he cut right across me. The assistant at that point said nothing to me at all like sorry I will just deal with this customer or vice versa to the returning customer. I was left standing there for several more minutes whilst the refund was sorted then my collection was resumed as though nothing has happened. Still no apology or smile. The box containg the paint sprayer was shoved at me still no thank you or smile. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome or awkward in a retail outlet ever. The nightmare didn't end there!! Because I just wanted to get out of the shop I stupidly omitted to check the box! When I got home I found the box had already been opened and the paint sprayer had been used. So as if my first visit to Tool station Minehead wasn't bad enough I had to make a return journey. Still no smile or friendly greeting but my product was swopped with no problem whatsoever.

Ordered and paid for large bouquet for my daughter and although the flowers were as described I feel strongly that it was infact the small bouquet which was sent. I will not use this company again as I feel I was ripped off.

The website was informative and the ordering process was so quick and easy. The goods were well package and arrived on time. The quality exceeded my expectations and looks fantastic fitted. I fully recommend this company and would have no hesitation using them again.
