Talk-Talk is now £1 Billion Pounds in debt according to the news & are trying to secure £200 Million Pounds from Shareholders to help save the company. Yet, they've taken over Shell's broadband. How does a really badly run company manage to secure deals to provide a service that is just the worst in the UK. This company needs shutting down, it would save a lot of people from their p*** poor services. Simple as. To anyone considering this as a cheap alternative for broadband services, don't FIND ANOTHER.

I was a customer of Shell Broadband Services, never had a single issue. Until Octopus allowed Talk-Talk to takeover. So, I have terminated my contract with Shell before the 15th July, after once being a customer of Talk-Talk and suffered harassment, court and Bailiffs summons for a service I had previously left & terminated my contract. (Went with Shell) But, there People are so f***ing useless they tried to extort Money from me for a service I was not using any longer, from emails to phone calls and letters. It went on for almost 2 years, that's why if you are a current customer with Shell. Leave before Talk-Talk fully takes over, as they are just going to destroy a once great service provider.

Wanted to sell an item it got sold.

CWAC send every Resident a Council Tax Statement out which states that you as a Tenant have from the 01/04/2023 to 31/03/2024 to pay off your Council Tax in full throughout a Twelve Month Period. But, in their Statement they deduct the Months' of February & March by upping the amounts per month, up to the 02/01/2024 as your final payment, which is a Ten Month Period, not Twelve as their Statements clearify. But, if you fall behind with their Ten Month Payment Plan, they send out letters stating you are in arrears & threaten you with Court Action & a Recovery Proceeding. Which Legally, they cannot do after setting a set amount of time over a Twelve Month Period to their recommended Installments, there is nothing on Paper that says, that is the amount you MUST pay as it is calculated wrong. So, I say to everyone under Cheshire West & Chester Council, double-check your Statements, you have the right to pay over a TWELVE MONTH PERIOD, not TEN MONTHS as they State on your Personal Statement.

Never had any problems or issues with British Gas or there Services, until the Government Energy Support Scheme Payments kicked in. Which my household like the Millions of others, never received the 1st Payment in October between the 1st & 7th like their email stated, before sending another email stating that they were sending a Voucher to me due to an error on their part. Which their Customer Services lied about by stating they sent one out on the 17th then changed it to the 19th October - Which I never received, then another Operator from Customer Services stated it was paid on my Electric Meter on the 4th October but when I requested proof, they couldn't & said to contact them 7 days later. Again, I got nowhere & complained which noone has been in touch & that was 3 weeks ago. The Government paid the Energy Companies, they should pay it to the people without their Bulls**t excuses to keep it for themselves.

I needed to advise an item to others to see & check out for themselves.

Talk-Talk ISP is the worst, after breaching the agreed contract with me when I was a customer, my contract was £25 pcm for 18 months, but they decided to bill me £41.10 when I challenged it, their Agents said it was due to changes they added & included a late fee even though it was paid through Direct Debit, Talk-Talk did not give me any notice that my Bill was higher due to RTI or CPI which according to Ofcom it has to be a minimum of 30 days notice. So, I found a better ISP. & yet they are now threatening me with a Debt Collection Agency if I don't pay August's Bill after I Terminated my Contract in July, only to discover the Agent failed to put it in their system. Which then took me 10 attempts over the Phone & the Live-Chat terminating my contract each time until I got an email for the 27th August of my contract termination. Check your Contracts & if you are being overcharged complain, then seek advice & terminate your contract & go with a better ISP.

Good all round Smart TV, Smart button function good when the Remote control breaks or stops working for some reason. But, not very good for turning it off. Searched the Manual & Google for a off function, you have to leave it on standby. Which seems to be a design fault.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, after I signed up with them in 2021, over a 3, month period they breached my Contract by charging me 3, different set amounts. Then recently they charged me almost double what my Contract stated & their Agents came up with 4, different answers which were all wrong. So, I cancelled my Contract. But yet if I don't pay their Cancellation fee it could end up in Court. But, they can take any amount out of your Bank account without your Permission, so it is basically Theft.
Definitely not worth the Headache, there are plenty of better choices out there. In addition I have contacted multiple Agents over the Phone and on Live-Chat to Terminate my Contract, which every time they stated there is no record of my Termination, and keep sending me Bills even though I have not been a Customer for a while now & signed up with another ISP. Rediculous.

The delivery packaging was brilliant & secure, but once removed the PS4 box cover & original box was ripped & in poor condition.
After opening the box only to find the PS4 console & controller was dirty & covered in dust & From & I had to give it a good cleaning & vacuum the HDMI, USB & vent port's which was encrusted with dirt and debris.
After all that I tested the console & Controller & it all seems to work fine.

Had some old Tech & got a reasonable price for selling my Goods, took some time to 'Test' but was called on the Phone when they were all tested with the amount in total & was asked to continue with the Bank Transfer. I requested a cash offer instead which made it easier for me.
