Makes the rules up as they go along. No seller protection at all. Have started legal proceedings over this. AVOID selling on Vinted anything of value, there are many scammers on the site who know how to work Vinted. When you report scammers or people selling counterfeit items they do nothing about it.

After a recent issue with one of my deliveries LF Lovers couldn’t be more helpful! I was shocked as I knew and understood that it wasn’t any fault of theirs, but they were so quick to offer several solutions and couldn’t apologise enough. I only get a feel for a company when something goes wrong and their ability to deal with the problem. They dealt with is perfectly, and couldn’t have wished for better customer service. Cannot wait to buy more bags from them as it’s always a happy delivery and quicker than the speed of light! They’ve only ever been helpful and they really do care as collectors themselves, which makes this company extra special!

Was really impressed with the speed at which Disney mad dispatched my bag and loved how well they packed it.

Said they’ll dispatch within 24 hour. 2 weeks later they hadn’t dispatched. Totally ignored my emails chasing this. Also ignored me reaching out on social media messaging which stated someone would get back to me with 48 hours. It’s been a further 2 weeks and I’ve still no reply. I sent the item back as it was packed in a box too small and damaged the item, the item also looked like it had been kicked around the shop floor in lieu of a football. Will never order from them again.

Update to reply from reply: just laughable that you replied to this review so quickly when I’m still waiting a reply from weeks ago using the email you provided there to get help from. Item has been returned now, and I’m waiting for me refund still.

Whilst the products are great and the prices good too, I found the customer service slow and I’m not being kept up to date with my order status which is a shame. Definitely room for improvement customer service side of things.

Really impressed with the service, speed and quality of our netball kits and hoodies. Will definitely be using Akuma again and will be recommending them to other leagues also.
