Really good service, delivered on time, good quality mattress as described on website.

I ordered some items and then got worried after reading the reviews. Had to wait a bit longer than expected for my order, but when they arrived the clothing was lovely. Just what you would expect for the price. Well made, good quality clothing. I will certainly order again. I had to return an item, purely because it didn't suit me - returns process was really easy. So all in all a good service. 5 stars for the clothes quality, but could improve on delivery times and updates on order.

Furniture was of a good quality and well made. The delivery men arrived on time, fitted the furniture and took all the rubbish away. Excellent service, hassle free.

Really good online service - It was easy to request repair - they attended my premises to do the work and did a really good job. I was a bit apprehensive about doing everything online, but it worked!

Really poor. I can't believe how bad the clothes I received were to the point that one of the items was ripped. The clothes looked nothing like on the website so very misleading. The length and fit of the blouses did not match what was shown on the website. The material/fabric very poor quality. Also the sizing was completely wrong I ordered 3 different tops of the same size and each one was different in size and none fitted. I am disgusted and feel I have been ripped off. Will never purchase anything from them again. The company is not UK based. I have checked the refunds policy and the cost of shipping the goods back to where they are based will involve more costs and I am not prepared to pay any more money than what I have already paid. Complete rip off and I will be complaining to my credit card company. I am furious.
