Awful…

Trying to send a parcel is so frustrating, the equipment (handset) is horrendous to use, I don't have a printer so have to use in store, I'm not technical so have to ask member of staff for help, I try not to use YODEL if I can.

Gutted

Ordered 2 beautiful table lamps, 1st one came it was smashed in box, gutted, given refund as no replacement available, awaiting other one, packing leaves a lot to be desired, who on earth would pack a lamp with the glass shade on the bottom!

Ordered lavender coloured trainers

Ordered lavender coloured trainers, recieved navy blue slip ons, delivery time over a week, waiting for other pair to arrive then I will return for a refund.

Bought some boots

Bought some boots, unfortunately were too small, took them back to otley store to exchange and the service could not have been better, fab experience fab service fab staff.

Not being a tech person I found this insurance company so easy to navigate and get the cover i was looking for. Would well recommend.

Ordered my diabetic tablets on 30th…

Ordered my diabetic tablets on 30th August for delivery as usual, never arrived, recieved message telling me to pick up from pharmacy in LEEDS! I live in shipley, so I am now without meds. Contacted pharmacy to you and was told I hadn't ordered them! Yet their e mail says differently.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your review.

Upon checking your account, I can see you request your medication directly with your GP surgery, due to this, this is where the confusion has come in saying that you have not ordered these.

I can confirm we have received two separate prescriptions for you yesterday, one has dispatched to you and one is currently in the dispensary.

Our dispensary is in Leeds and therefore this is why the prescription will have shown as being in Leeds.
