Mattress is very comfortable and delivery is very prompt. Found the delivery people this time quite abrupt though, weren’t keen on taken up to the landing, don’t think the lady was up to the job, good job it was only a double!

Terrible
Terrible, parcel was dumped by a gate not attempted to be delivered to my property. And as it was frozen dog food that was left in the sun on the hottest it all had to be thrown away.

You emailed me last Friday to say my parcel would be 24 hours late and now its the following Thursday and still no parcel received. Very poor service

Poor service
I placed and order choosing premium delivery. It took 9 days to arrive. I had run out of food for my dog, as he can only Royal Canin hypoallergenic I then had to quickly find another company who could deliver to me as I had run out which is not ideal. Luckily they delivered the following day. I have been a customer for a while with Pet Supemarket but now I feel let down by a poor service.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to the fact that we sell a lot of medicated products and also prescription diets for pets, we are aware our customers simply cannot be left waiting. With this in mind, we have very strict procedures in place to combat the possibility of an order arriving late. This enables us to give you as much time as possible to make alternative arrangements should the need arise.
We will investigate why these procedures have failed on this occasion and assure you we will look to put measures that will ensure this does not happen again.
