Very poor visit

Reception staff are very rude was sent to the wrong office dentist didn't seem to care at all feel I've been ripped off. Avoid at all costs.

Treated so badly got ripped off on contract.

Ripped me off on a sim only deal for my tablet that was faulty and wouldn't replace it shocking customer service then got debt collect agency on me without notice even though I've got autism which really upset and had major impact on my physical and mental health utter disgrace. Staff are clueless and very rude in the shop. Had to end contract as sim was not fit for purpose as they refused to fix it but did have insurance.

Shocking customer service broke their promise

Promised a full refund from retail disputes on a bad hotel stay but then refused it. Put complaints in was just ignored. Shocking customer service its disgusting and unacceptable. You can't treat your customers like this. Accused of staying at the hotel which isn't true. Try to make excuses not to deal with the complaint to get the financial ombudsman on you instead. Sent photos as proof too.

Dreadful customer service

They make any excuse not to give a refund. So unhelpful on the phone can't get to a UK call centre all in India. They back the hotels not the customers which is disgusting. They let hotels on their site who are rude to their guests and treat their guests like trash. Some of the hotels are in such a bad state and not as described.

The buyer who bought my tablet lied to…


The buyer who bought my tablet lied to Ebay saying I sold them a faulty tablet even though I stated it was faulty and non working. They believed them and it affected my Ebay 100 percent score never had an issue before so ruined my entire account and they refunded the buyer because they said it was late but that's the post office for you customer,er service is shocking and non existent.

The first class is dreadful same as…

The first class is dreadful same as standard and a lot of time you get youths sitting in first class and get away with fare evasion and committing anti social behaviour. The staff on train and at stations can be very rude too.

Staff at stations are very rude and…

Staff at stations are very rude and unhelpful guards can be like this too. They got rid of the trolley in first class and lots of standard ticket holders sit here and get away with it because the guards are not doing their job like they should be.

The passenger assistance rarely turns up and the first class lounge are cramped and the refreshments are very poor overall bad experience.

They have some really dirty and…

They have some really dirty and disgusting hotels in such bad condition they should be taken off. Still not had my refund. They hang up on phone and don't reply online. They believe the hotels not the customers utterly disgraceful. They tried to give you ten percent reward instead of a full refund. Don't have a UK call centre.

Worst hotel experience ever

Tried to charge me for a disgusting and vile hotel in leicester called empire hotel where the tv didn't work, staff were clueless, the bathroom was filthy and the plus socket didn't work so couldn't charge my phone it was in very bad repair like the flooring. They believe the hotel instead the customer even though i had photos as proof disgusting.

They rip you off dreadful customer service

The data is very slow and they sold me a faulty tablet that they refused to fix very poor customer service. On the clue they have no idea what they are doing and just as clueless in store to.
