This pathetic excuse of a company once…

This pathetic excuse of a company once again tells you they will deliver from 7pm to 9pm. So you wait... its 7pm you check tracking , nothing... 7:30 nothing... 8pm nothing... 9pm nothing... 10pm "our driver attempted delivery but you wernt in" not according to the cameras... absolutely disgusting liars. Every time this pathetic company attempts to do anything it manages to screw it up. Dont bother doing anything with this company unless you hate the person your sending the item too

They do this over and over again. Just go out of business already so the sellers I buy from wont choose you

Also Do not copy and paste that dribble i can see you doing to others.

Horrible company

Horrible company. What happened to paying and giving a reciept. I dont want to give you every bot of personal information I have just in case something breaks. Avoid. They are probably selling it for kicks.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Not interested in listening or helping. Sells false contracts claims that you need 30 days to notify them when you want to leave but only give you 20 days notice when its going to end. Pathetic "customer service" who are glorified salesmen who dont listen and slam you with "deals" that they hide from you just to keep your business. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

Vodafone team on here are just as blind. Didn't read the review as clearly shown. Why would I speak to the people who don't listen and who prompted this review? You yourselves need to read the review and respond appropriately

It's pretty terrible tbh I seriously…

It's pretty terrible tbh I seriously wish I could go back in time and tell myself to run. Not only do they mess up every single repair they try to do (that's after months of telling them about the issues, missed appointments, engineers who couldn't gain access ect ect) they also think it's right to charge you full rent with a damaged property. I have some complaints that are years old and they deny there was an issue until the warranty for the work is over and suddenly I'm right? No one takes reasonability, the directors mostly lie they don't call back when they promise they will. I think over 3 years I have spoken to 3 decent people.. we have a giant hole in a fire door leading to the outside from rot.. painters who wash paint down the sink, carpenters that use spoons as saws, electritians who couldn't replace a light bulb all who are compulsive liars. Save yourself the effort and don't bother.

Avoid like your life depends on it

If I could put zero I would. Exceptionally terrible company, doesn't actually manage to do repairs. You will be lucky if they even turn up and when they don't they then sign off the Job as complete. They touch things they aren't qualified for and often or not leave it in an extremely usafe and illegal state. The worst part is the shear amount of time you have to waste to get them to do the bare minimum in terms of effort.

Edit. No I won't your contracted as the maintenance company through the building management. You had well over 3 years to actually achieve anything but we are still waiting for results

We ship worldwide from our headquarter based in Prague (Central Europe) and we constantly keep on updating and expanding our selection of delivery methods. We managed to lower the average shipping from year to year and we will continue looking for every suitable shipping method in the future.

We also made experiences with remote warehouses to possibly reduce the shipping costs on our customer's end, but the result was not really positive. We are not ready for this at the current state but we will surely consider even this option in the future plans.

Over the phone customer service is…

Over the phone customer service is terrible they dont deal with anything instore.

Bought a nintendo switch a couple months ago and as was suggested by the store i put their insurance on the device. I got home and after a while playing on the device i thought i found a dead pixle. This turned out to be dust behind the screen. So a few days later i returned the device for another one. The insurance was cancelled there and then as a new policy needed to be made to cover the other device. All well and good i inspected the device for any problems and this one was fine. Fast forward to today (many months later) i get two letters through the door from the insurance company (wIth GAME advertising leaflets inside) stating that the policy is renewing unless i cancel. So it turns out i have been insuring a switch that i didnt even have for a week for the best part of a year!!!! And yet online customer services (ie the phone) cant do anything about it because they only deal with online problems which means i now have to make a 40 mile round trip just to find out why this even happened and hopefully get my money back...

Ordered an item on friday at 12…

Ordered an item on friday at 12 (lunchtime) £417 worth of items. Free next day delivery. Turns out sat isnt a next day to them nor the delivery companu who are both closed on sat and sunday my package was shipped on friday but is now stuck in a swift couriers (yeah nice one apc....) warehouse. And now since the packages require signatures and i work all week i cant sign for the items. It shouldnt be called "Next day delivery" because thats a blatent lie. It should be Next WORKING or WEEKDAY, DELIVERY.......


For the reply - according to customer services your website was being updated which created a conflict of information on your webpage. And a lack of a saturday delivery option..

Hi There. Sorry for any confusion. The website says "next working day delivery" on the products pages and our delivery info is clearly detailed on the delivery page of our website.

cheaper than everyone else I found

cheaper than everyone else I found, gave me a discount when I entered my drivers licence number, cant fault it. quick easy and a known name.
